Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office is actively searching for 16-year-old runaway, Alyssa Jarreau, according to Sheriff Jeff Wiley.

Jarreau called her mother on Sunday, September 6 and explained that she was in New Orleans with friends and not at a friend’s house where she had previously been staying.

She is 5’3” and weighs 110 pounds with brown eyes and blonde hair. It is unknown of the clothing description she was last seen wearing but Alyssa does wear blue rimmed non-prescription glasses and may be in the New Orleans area.
