APSO MAKES DRUG ARRESTS AFTER RECEIVING ANONYMOUS TIP 4/2/2019 2:36 PM

According to Sheriff Bobby Webre, the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant on a residence located on Hackberry Lane in Geismar on Monday, April 1, after receiving several anonymous tips relating to drug activity.

Detectives located a quantity of Heroin, Methamphetamine, synthetic marijuana, suboxone, THC Vape oil, and drug paraphernalia.

Three subjects were arrested and charged with the following:

Kelly Hernandez, 26, of Hackberry Lane, Geismar, was charged with possession with intent to distribute schedule II CDS, possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession of marijuana, possession of synthetic marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Joseph Hernandez, 31, of Hackberry Lane, Geismar, was charged with possession with intent to distribute schedule II CDS, possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession of marijuana, possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of schedule III CDS, possession of schedule I CDS, and drug paraphernalia.

Payton Clements, 24, of Hackberry Lane, Geismar, was charged with possession with intent to distribute schedule II CDS, possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession of marijuana, possession of synthetic marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

All were booked into the Ascension Parish Jail where no bond has been set yet.
