APSO SEARCHING FOR PORT ALLEN MAN WANTED ON CONTRACTOR FRAUD – 2/5/2018 9:49 AM

The Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office is actively seeking the whereabouts of 37-year-old Naylor Cooper who is wanted for contractor fraud and exploitation of the infirmed.

According to Chief Deputy Bobby Webre, detectives received a complaint in January 2018 where Cooper made contact with an elderly resident and made an agreement to provide limestone at $700. Cooper only provided approximately $200 worth of the product and charged the victim $3,700.

The last known address for Cooper is 3734 S. Riverview Drive, lot 4, Port Allen but he may be residing with relatives in Ascension Parish.
