APSO is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Joseph Robert Lessard, 26, in connection with a hit and run fatality that occurred just before midnight on April 16 . According to witnesses, the victim was struck and killed by a vehicle on Moody Dixon Road. The vehicle was seen leaving the area and was later located by deputies.

Lessard is wanted by the APSO for 1 Count of Negligent Homicide and 1 Count of Hit and Run.

The Victim’s information is being withheld at this time until family members are notified.
