Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office is actively searching for 54-year-old Mary Jones and two-year-old grandchild who were reported missing shortly after 6 a.m. from there Prairieville home.

Family members reported her missing after she didn’t show up for work this morning.

She may be in a blue 2016 Hyundai Elantra.

APSO is also searching for her estranged husband Troy Jones for questioning.

It is possible that Jones may have kidnapped her as they have had domestic disputes recently.
