FOUR ARRESTED ON DRUG CHARGES FOLLOWING A TWO-MONTH INVESTIGATION – 11/6/2015 8:41 AM

Ascension Parish Sheriff Jeff Wiley reports four arrest following a two-month narcotics investigation.

On Tuesday, July 14, as a result of the investigation, narcotics detectives executed a search warrant at the home located at 37448 Highway 74 in Gonzales after purchasing a quantity of meth from the occupants.

Detectives seized approximately $600 worth of methamphetamine, hydrocodone, methadone, alprazolam, legend drugs and paraphernalia, and over $900 in cash, added Sheriff Wiley.

All four were arrested on July 14 and booked into the Ascension Parish Jail.

Daniel Harris, 47, of 37440 Highway 74, Gonzales, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possessing of schedule II CDS (methadone), possession with intent to distribute a schedule II CSD (Meth), possession of a schedule II CDS (Hydrocodone), and possession of a schedule IV CDS (Alprazolam). His bond was set at $80,344.50.

Susan Hilbun, 44, of 37440 Highway 74, Gonzales, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possessing of schedule II CDS (methadone), possession with intent to distribute a schedule II CSD (Methamphetamines), possession of a schedule II CDS (Hydrocodone), and possession of a schedule IV CDS (Alprazolam). Her bond was set at $80,344.50.

Michael Anthony Jordan, 47, of 37448 Highway 74, Gonzales, was arrested and charged with two counts possession of a Legend Drug without prescription, three counts possession of a schedule II CDS (Methamphetamines), and possession of a schedule IV CDS (Tramadol). His bond was set at $40,000.

Kelly Jill Osterhout, 53, of 324 New River Street, Gonzales, was arrested and charged with possession of a Legend drug, possession of a schedule II CDS (Methamphetamine), possession  of a schedule IV CDS (Colonazepam), and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $30,344.50.
