How to apply for a Bartender or Exotic Dancer Permit
All applicants for an Ascension Parish Bartender’s License or Exotic Dancer permit must apply at the Ascension Parish Prison located at 2384 Lemanville Cutoff Rd. Donaldsonville, LA 70346.
First Time Applicant:
Age requirement:
- 18 years of age for Exotic Dancer
- 21 years of age for Bartender
Needed:
- Certified copy of Birth Certificate
- Picture ID or valid Driver’s License
- $25 cash
- $26 Money Order to be sent with fingerprints to Louisiana State Police
- A complete criminal record check will be made. Anyone applying for a Bartender’s License or Exotic Dancer’s license cannot have any felony arrests nor any drug or morals convictions on their record.
- Permit is good for 1 year from the date of issue
Renewals:
- Picture ID or Driver’s License
- $25 cash
