Belinda began her career at the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office in 2017 as the District Attorney Liaison under Sheriff Wiley.  In 2019, she became the Executive Assistant to Sheriff Webre.

Belinda graduated from East Ascension High School in 1984.  In 1985, she graduated from Baton Rouge School of Computers in Computer Operations.  Belinda started working at the East Baton Rouge District Attorney’s Office immediately after graduating from Baton Rouge School of Computers and retired with 30 years of service in 2015 from the District Attorney's Office. 

Belinda grew up in Gonzales and now resides in St. Amant with her husband Kevin, and their two children, Cody and Kenzie.
