Update: 21-year-old Austin Jenkins has passed away due to injuries from the party bus accident that occurred early Saturday morning. The brother, 19-year-old, Denver Jenkins, is still listed in critical condition.

According to Sheriff Bobby Webre, “preliminary investigation indicates there is no sign of foul play and appears to be a tragic accident.”

This investigation is ongoing and more information may be available at a later date.
